The whole product, and the part that’s yours
The daily bot service is the whole product. Premium adds your own policies to it. It is not a different platform, and there is no feature held back to force an upgrade.

Before you talk to us
Who counts as a user?
Anyone who receives daily questions. People who leave or are deactivated stop counting from the next billing cycle. You are never billed for an empty seat for a year.
What happens when we cross a band?
Your whole seat count moves to the lower per-seat price of the new band, not just the seats above the threshold. Growing into a band is always cheaper per person, never more expensive in total.
Is the pilot really free?
Up to 25 people, one framework, no credit card. It runs the real product on real content. It is a pilot, not a sandbox. The point is that your CISO sees a trend line before you sign anything.
Annual or monthly?
The default is a twelve-month term billed annually, 30-day terms, with quarterly instalments on request. Monthly by card exists for small teams, no commitment, at 20% more per person.
Is Premium billed per policy?
No. Per seat, on the same bands. Your band sets how many policies are included; if you need more than the allowance, we price the extras rather than pushing you to a different plan.
Which currencies do you bill in?
Euro by default, with the same figure available in dollars, pounds and Swiss francs.
Where does our data live?
In the EU, on EU infrastructure, in every plan including the free pilot. No US regions. That is an architectural constraint, not a paid upgrade.
Can we start on the bot service and add Premium later?
Yes. Premium is an add-on on the same contract; it can be switched on mid-term and is pro-rated to your renewal date.
